92  | 辛酉，樞密院言：「紹興初，吳玠、楊政畫蜀、漢之地以守，自散關以西付之玠，梁、洋付之政。蜀中諸邊，散關為重。願與二三大臣講求蜀中守邊舊跡，令制置司同都統司公共相度經久利便。據興元都統制彭杲申，大散關邊面，係鳳州地界，隸西路安撫所管，淳熙二年，鳳州改隸興元。竊以大散關系對境衝要，最為重害，兼緣鳳州郡事見係文官，即無屯守之兵，各無統領，亦非本司號令所及，緩急之際，議論不合，或有乖違，即誤國事。請將本州知州令本司選擇奏辟，彈壓戍兵。」詔：「彭杲於統制官精選練於邊防、民政之人，具名聞奏。」 |
