44  | 丙申，制曰：「比遣王抃，遠抵潁濱，正皇帝之稱，為叔侄之國，歲幣減十萬之數，地界如紹興之時。憐彼此之無辜，約叛亡之不遣，可使歸正之人，咸起寧居之心。重念數州之民，罹此一時之難，老稚有蕩析之，丁壯有係累之苦，宜推蕩滌之宥，少慰凋殘之情。除逃遁官吏不赦外，雜犯死罪情輕者減一等，餘並放遣。洪適所草也。論者謂前此之貶損，四方蓋未聞知，今著之赦文，殊失國體。 |
