77  | 六月戊申，遼有司奏新城縣民楊從謀反，偽署官吏，遼主曰：「小人無知，此兒戲耳。」獨流其首惡，餘釋之。 |
| 79 | 己未，以龍圖閣直學士、知成都府趙抃知諫院。入謝，帝謂抃曰：「聞卿入蜀，以一琴一鶴自隨，為政簡易，亦稱事邪？」故事，近臣自蜀還者，必登省府，不為諫官；大臣以為疑，帝曰：「吾賴其言耳。倘欲大用，何必省府乎！」抃上疏言任道德，委輔弼，別邪正，去侈心，信號令，平賞罰，謹機密，備不虞，勿數赦，容諫諍十事。又言呂誨、傅堯俞、范純仁、呂大防、趙鼎、馬默，皆骨鯁敢言，久譴不復，無以慰搢紳之望。復論五費，謂宮掖、宗室、官濫、兵冗、土木之事，多見納用。 |
