99  | 初，秦州長道縣酒場官李益，家饒於財，僮僕常數百；關通朝貴，持吏短長，郡守以下皆畏之。民負益息錢數百家，官為徵督，急於租調，獨觀察推官馮伉不為屈。伉一日騎出，益遣奴捽下，毀辱之。伉兩上章論其事，皆為邸吏所匿，不得通，後因市馬譯者附表以訴，帝大怒，詔捕之。詔未至，權貴已先報益，使亡去。帝愈怒，命物色捕益愈急。數月，得於河內富人郝氏家，械送御史臺，鞫之，益具伏。丁丑，斬益，籍其家。 |
