68  | 冬十月己未朔，遼主始臨朝。辛酉，群臣上尊號曰昭聖皇帝，尊皇后為皇太后，大赦。以南院大王勃古哲總領山西諸州事，北院大王、裕悅休格為南面行軍都統，奚王壽寧副之，同政事門下平章事蕭道寧領本部軍駐南京。 |
| 69 | 癸亥，詔：「河南吏民，不得闌出邊關，侵撓略奪，違者論罪。有羊馬牲口者還之。」帝嘗謂近臣曰：「朕每讀《老子》至『佳兵者不祥之器，聖人不得已而用之』，未嘗不三復以為規戒。王者雖以武功克定，終須用文德致治。朕每退朝，不廢觀書，意欲酌前世成敗而行之，以盡損益也。」 |
