81  | 癸丑，有布衣以皁囊封書獻者，其詞狂妄。帝覽之，謂宰相曰：「比來上封事者多不知朝廷次第，所言率孟浪。本欲下情上達，庶事無壅，故雖狂悖，亦與容納。」宋琪曰：「陛下廣納言之路，茍百中得一，亦是國家之利。」 |
| 85 | 九月，知夏州尹憲襲擊李繼遷，斬首五百級，獲其母妻，俘千四百帳，繼遷僅以身免。於是賜李繼捧姓趙，名保忠，授夏州刺史、定難節度使，以討繼遷，管夏、銀、宥五州。繼捧至鎮數日，上言繼遷悔過歸款，帝以為銀州刺史、西南巡檢使。繼遷本無降心，復誘戎人為寇。 |
