115  | 戊辰，衛膚敏疏論：「先朝嬪御皆至行在，建承慶院以處之，又置升暘宮以治兵器及服御所須之物，而使內侍典其役。或母后戚里之家，有所干請，間以內批御寶行之，人言嘖嘖。望以承慶營繕付之揚州，升暘造作歸之有司，戚里內侍有干請過例者，勿復降出。其錫賚之費，量力支賜，則人言不戒而自孚矣。」上嘉納之。 |
