| 11 | 甲辰，遼主駐旺國崖。 |
| 12 | 丙午，詔：「諸路州軍未曾立學者並增置。」 |
| 13 | 戊申，詔以荊國公王安石配享孔子。 |
| 14 | 壬子，置書、畫、算學，其生皆占經以試，其取士法略如太學上舍，三等推恩，以通仕、登仕、將仕郎為次。 |
| 15 | 戊午，詔：「重定元祐、元符黨人及上書邪等者，合為一籍，通三百九人，刻石朝堂，餘並出籍，自今毋得復彈奏。」 |
| 18 | 壬戌，蔡京奏：「奉詔，令臣書元祐奸黨姓名。恭唯皇帝嗣位之五年，旌別淑慝，明信賞罰，黜元祐害政之臣，靡有佚罰。乃命有司，夷考罪狀，第其首惡與其附麗者以聞。得三百九人，皇帝書而刊之石，置於文德殿門東壁，永為萬世子孫之戒。又詔臣京書之，將以頒之天下。臣敢不對揚休命，仰承陛下孝悌繼述之志，謹書元祐奸黨名姓，仍連元書本進呈。」於是詔頒之州縣，令皆刻石。 |
