152  | 李繼勛等攻北漢遼州，北漢告急於遼。二月戊申朔，遼州刺史杜延韜舉城降。壬子，遼主遣西南面招討使耶律達里率六萬騎援北漢，敗繼勳兵於石州。達里用兵，賞罰信明，得士卒心。河東單弱，不遽見吞併者，達里有力焉。先是遼主知達里沈厚多智，有任重才，即位初，即擢南院大王。達里在治所，不修邊幅，均賦役，勸耕稼，戶口豐殖。時耶律烏珍為北院大王，與達里俱有政跡，朝議以為「富民大王」，故遼主雖暴虐而境內粗安。 |
