62  | 十一月乙丑，命樞密副使韓絳同制置三司條例。陳升之深狡多數，為小官時，與王安石相遇淮南，安石深器之。及安石得政，務變更舊制，患同列不從，奏設制置條例司，與升之共事，凡所欲為，自條例司直奏行之，無復齟齬。升之心知其不可，而極力贊助；或時為小異，陽若不與安石同者。安石不覺其詐，甚德之，故推升之使先為相。 |
