8  | 故周文公以上聖之智，翼彼姬周，爰作六典，用光七百。自茲厥後，代失其緒，俾巍巍之化，歷千祀而莫傳；郁鬱之風，終百王而永墜。我太祖文皇帝稟純和之氣，挺天縱之英，德配乾元，功侔造化，故能捨末世之弊風，蹈隆周之叡典，誕述百官，厥用允集。所謂乾坤改而重構，豈帝王洪範而已哉。朕入嗣大寶，思揚休烈。今可班斯禮於太祖廟庭。」己巳，祠太廟，班太祖所述六官焉。癸酉，吐谷渾、高昌並遣使獻方物。甲戌，詔先經兵戎官年六十已上，及民七十已上，節級板授官。乙亥，親耕籍田。丙子，大射於正武殿，賜百官各有差。 |
