18  | 丁未，上批：「河北、河南監牧使所管地遼闊，若非許令舉一二屬官與之協力，恐難辦事。今於京官以下各舉一人，供奉官以下各舉二人充當勾當公事，並理本資序，十數年後歲老漸深，或授以逐州通判，或本司都監，庶幾共濟，早見成績。」《紀事本末》卷七十五。案：《編年備要》云：諸監牧田，大抵皆寬衍，為人所買占，故議者爭請收其餘資，以供芻粟，言利者乘之，始以增廣賦入為務。二年，詔括河南、北監牧司總牧地，舊籍六萬八千餘頃，而今籍五萬五千，餘數皆隱于民。自是請以牧田賦民者紛然，而諸監尋廢矣。《玉海》卷一百四十九：取總牧地河南六監三萬三千頃，河北六監二萬三千頃。 |
