14  | 四月壬寅朔，富弼入見，上以弼足疾，許肩輿至崇政殿門。又以門距殿遠，更御內東門小殿見之，且免拜，坐語從容至日昃。《紀事本末》卷六十三。案：範忠宣撰《富公行狀》：以公足疾，肩輿至崇政殿門，令男紹庭入殿扶持，仍不拜。又以門距殿遠，上特為之御內東門小殿以見之。恩禮優重，並臣莫及，賜其子緋衣銀魚，召坐。《太平治跡統類》云：富弼入見，且免拜，坐語從容至日昃。問以治道，弼以上銳於有為，對曰：「人君好惡，不可令人窺測，則奸人得以附會其意。陛下當如天之鑒人，隨其善惡若自取，然後誅賞從之，則功罪得其實矣。」上稱善。又問北邊事，條目甚悉，弼曰：「陛下臨御以來，當先布德澤，且二十年未可言用兵，亦不宜重賞邊功，恐致生事，干戈一起，所繫禍福不細，願陛下勿先留意於此。」上默然良久。又問所先，弼曰：「阜安宇內為先。」上善之。 |
