9  | 癸巳，詔：「方田之法，均賦惠民，訪聞近歲以來，有司推行怠惰，監司督察不嚴，賄賂公行，高下失實，下戶受弊，有害官法。可嚴飭所部，仍仰監司覺察；如違，當行嚴斷。」《紀事本末》卷百三十八。案：《文獻通考》卷五云：臣僚上言：「朝廷推行方田之初，外路官吏不遵詔令，輒於舊管稅額之外增出稅數，號為『蹙剩』，其多有一邑之間及數萬者。欲望下逐路提舉司將應有增稅縣分，並依近降指揮重行方量，依條均定稅數，不得於元額外別有增損。止令提刑司體量詣實聞奏。」 |
