| 3 | 劉珝，字叔溫，壽光人。正統十三年進士。改庻吉士。成化十年，陞吏部左侍郎。明年兼翰林學士，入內閣。十四年加太子少保兼文淵閣大學士。十八年修《續資治通鑒綱目》纂、《文華大訓》成，進太子太保、謹身殿大學士。珝素薄萬安，時對客言安負國無恥，安積恨百計，中之。二十一年，致仕去。卒，贈太保，謚文和。珝善談論，遇人無矯餙。景泰初，議迎鑾。成化初，議睿皇后喪禮。末年，論李孜省左道亂政，動揺國本，宻疏昌言，卒定儲位，有大臣之節。當是時，與博野同在內閣，人稱珝東劉博野北劉林俊甞曰：「餘以妖僧、孽寺售術貢邪，不揆狂躁。上干宸怒，縛下詔獄。劉公立為上解，乃得薄謫。崔銑曰：「公秉心不疑，諒直無顧，而讒嫉肆作構惡於群小，假威於邏卒」。竟去位。嘉靖二年言官疏公孝友孚化於鄉閭，為立昭賢祠祀之。 論曰：文和端詳勁直，屢陳讜謨，而好善嫉邪，別白太過，竟蒙讒阻，惜哉！ |
