97  | 張瑄字廷璽，江浦人。成化壬辰，以右副都御史巡撫福建。下郡縣，建倉廩，勸富民出粟備荒。沿海官軍，先因事減支俸糧三十餘年，遂以為例，瑄仍舊支給。閩安鎮出海有二港，元時用鐵索橫絕港口以御寇，歲久廢沒，請複之。又令小港如大港之制。山海寇林壽六、魏懷三等攻劫鎮城，歲久不獲。瑄盡擒之。福安、壽寧等縣地鄰江浙，強賊群聚，瑄擒其首葉旺、葉春，餘黨盡散。鎮守太監盧勝暴橫，瑄以聞，勝坐革去。陞南京刑部尚書。［HT6SS］《閩書》 |
