67  | 汪文盛字希周，崇陽人。正德辛未進士。初授饒州推官，入為兵部武選司主事，諫南巡拜杖。嘉靖三年，出知福州。文盛有吏才，多智略。初至值大祲，疏乞蠲租發廩，復四鄉社倉，仿朱子備荒法行之，故歲雖饑，而民無流徙。務興水利，開上王舊港，塞新河，灌田四千餘頃，又減丁錢，省傳費，築羅源諸邑城，議處琉球諸舶，法施於後。操下極嚴，不得以一錢冒費公帑，上官若鎮守、若監司，私取於民，必曲泥之。政暇，則課諸生為文，官終大理寺卿。時有長樂令汪管者，婺源人也。嘉靖四年，夏旱，秋潦，文盛與管籲憲司發倉廩，疏以聞，詔蠲是年田租，民為之歌曰：「天降殃，歲卒荒，不有二汪，誰立我僵。」萬歷《府志》參長樂《縣志》 |
