96  | 閩山廟在閩山巷。神姓卓，名祐之，宋景祐元年進士，秀州判官。及卒，鄉人即所居廟祀之，號應公大夫。建炎三年，建寇猖獗，端平中，邵武山寇發，重慶中，汀寇發，神屢著靈異，現於雲端，賊眾驚潰。守臣朱良驥、運判諸葛有聲，先後以事聞，初封廣利侯，尋加威顯，賜額「靈應」。明正統間，有司重修。萬歷三十一年，福建左布政使王恩民移檄本府，春秋致祭。 |

| 4 | 概字端父，幼警悟，景祐元年進士。以秘書省校書郎，知長興縣。歲饑，富人閉糴，概出俸粟庭下，誘土豪輸數千石，以飼饑者。知連州。康定初，上封事，請複唐府兵之法，四斂一民，部以為軍，間耕田里，被甲皆兵，命其家得畜馬私乘，官為調習，則人便干戈，馬識行列。又請籍土民為兵，柵要衝，購徭人使守禦，徙懷安軍。程琳嘗禁蜀人不得自為渠堰，概奏罷之。官至太常博士，集賢校理，卒。著《史論辯》、《國語》。子旦。《宋史》 |
