3  | 与权谈说谏喻，未甞切愕，微见风彩，粗陈指归，如有未合，则舍而及他，徐复托事造端，以物类相求，于是权意往往而释。吴郡太守朱治，权举将也，权曾有以望之，而素加敬，难自诘让，忿忿不解。瑾揣知其故，而不敢显陈，乃乞以意私自问，遂于权前为书，泛论物理，因以己心遥往忖度之。毕，以呈权，权喜，笑曰：「孤意解矣。颜氏之德，使人加亲，岂谓此邪？」权又怪校尉殷模，罪至不测。羣下多为之言，权怒益甚，与相反覆，惟瑾默然，权曰：「子瑜何独不言？」瑾避席曰：「瑾与殷模等遭本州倾覆，生类殄尽。弃坟墓，携老弱，披草莱，归圣化，在流隷之中，蒙生成之福，不能躬相督厉，陈荅万一，至令模孤负恩惠，自陷罪戾。臣谢过不暇，诚不敢有言。」权闻之怆然，乃曰：「特为君赦之。」 |
