179  | 董裕，字惟益，江西樂平人。隆慶六年，以進士知東莞，尚教化，省刑罰，詢民疾苦。復設義倉，修城垣，立新安，編圖以便民。涖政三年，盜賊衰息，民依之若慈母焉。楊寅秋，字義叔，江西泰和人。萬厯三年，以進士知東莞。九年，詔天下覈所部田，以清賦税寅秋為十四議，規畫周悉，日單騎馳，田間計畝均科，凡溢額萬石有竒，寅秋遂以所贏餘均則之輕重自此浮税一清，數月奏績。其明敏曲當，類多過人，至今稱之。 |
