317  | 王爌，字存約，黄巖人。登𢎞治進士。初為給事，以直諫謫惠州推官，惟一僕自隨。理淹繫，哀無辜，囹圄肅清，且好訓士，賙其貧而秀者。未幾，遷秩去官，終都御史。林應麒，台州人。嘉靖中，同知惠州，一以守職奉公，矯正世俗，吏事精敏，剖斷如流入贖，有貧者，多蠲免之。嘗言：「訟貴速決，留獄妨民，吾不忍也」。佐郡一嵗餘，以母憂去。 |
