160  | 孔戣，字君嚴，魯國人。 至聖三十八世孫擢進士，厯官左丞，忤中官，出為華州刺史。明州嵗貢淡菜蚶蛤之屬，戣以為自海抵京師道路，凡役四十三萬人，奏罷之，厯大理卿、國子祭酒，㑹嶺南節度使缺，帝謂裴度曰：「嘗論罷蚶菜者誰歟？今安在？是可徃為朕求之」。度以戣對，即拜嶺南節度使，既至，免屬州逋負十八萬緡、米八百斛、黄金税嵗八百兩，南方鬻口為貨，掠人為奴婢，戣峻為之禁，由是閭里相約不敢犯，士之斥南不能北歸，與有罪之後百餘族，才可用，用之黄洞諸蠻叛乆不平，容桂二管利擄掠，幸有功，乃請合兵討之，戣固言不可，帝不聽，後果無功，安南乘之，殺都䕶李象古，而桂管裴行立、容管陽旻皆以憂死，獨戣不邀一旦功，交、廣晏然大治，以禮部尚書致仕，卒，年七十三，贈兵部尚書，諡曰正。 |
