王　賢，字惟善，寧陽人。永樂辛卯領鄉薦，授鄢陵教諭，擢給事中，封駁章奏，屢稱上意。進光禄少卿，遷順天府尹。嘗以柴炭夫役為民病，與工部力辯，遂為減之。中官有縱其下非法凌辱府屬者，賢執之置于法，一時京兆肅然。卒，贈户部尚書。
