張瓚字宗器，孝感人。由進士天順四年，以工部郎中出守太原，改任寧波。劾奏市舶少監福住假以進奉，剋剝害民并不法諸事，彼此相訐，瓚在官無私，乃竟得直，人以是多其風力。興學校，表鄉賢，修郡志，建立甚多，善詩賦，諸所題詠，殆徧境內。歴任浙江左布政、漕運都御史，改撫四川。張悦字時敏，華亭人，天順進士，累官南京兵部尚書、太子少保，諡莊簡。性素清約，終始不渝，為士林表率者四十餘年，清修篤實之君子也。
