孔霸字文孺，孔子十三世孫，昭帝時為博士，後為元帝師，賜爵闗內侯。孔均字長平，孔子十六世孫。好學，有大才。平帝時，封褒成侯。王莽以為太尉，三以疾辭，得還。孔子建，孔子十六代孫。少遊長安，與崔篆友善，及篆仕，王莽勸子建仕，對曰：「吾有布衣之心，子有衮冕之志，各從所好，不亦善乎！」遂歸，終於家。
