138  | 劉琦，字廷珍，洛州人。舉正德甲戌進士，授行人。擢兵科給事中。敷陳六事，議論剴切。復極言差放冬衣、布花之弊，皆報可。錦衣衛多權右冒，領官銀取利，琦㢘得其情，寘於法。他如峻宫墻之禁，嚴宿衛之舖，一劾而中官逮罪者四十人。未幾，奉命清軍，條奏三十事，咸切中時弊。大臣及中官凡有請囑，琦必劾治之，雖事干勲戚，不顧也妖人李福達坐死，其子以燒煉術往來武定侯郭勛勛，為福達代辨。給事中劉琦劾勛「交通逆賊，明受賄賂。福達既應伏誅，勛無可赦之理」。帝以劾勛者為朋姦，陷正命，逮繫詔獄戍邊。穆宗立，遇赦乃還。。 |
