111  | 張羽，字伯翔，南鄭人。登進士，初授行人。武宗初，宦官劉瑾嘗以同鄉干公，公獨不進。後巡按山東，㑹中官導上遊獵，錫予頗濫。公上疏曰：「明王慎徳，四夷咸賓，不以禽獸病民，猶謹衣裳之在笥也」。上覽其奏，曰：「真御史也」。出守廣平，建漳川書院，建閘通水，開田萬頃，以利民生。後超陞山西參政，首擒妖黨廵撫，不恤軍士，衆軍作亂，公奮然入亂軍中，衆畏公正，直亂遂息。陟江西，廉使下車，首訪巨奸，豪滑盡寘諸法。轉貴州布政使，吏白積餘之金舊規，不報，公盡數登籍。後陞大理卿，釋寃抑活民命，不下數百。後陞工部侍郎，展修國學，督修皇陵，壯麗完固，裁省節儉，不下億萬。自行人至司空厯官，凡三十年，清貧如洗。 |
