326  | 劉昌，號瀛洲祥符人，天啓，乙丑進士，授三原令。撫民多惠政，月課士講論不輟。時議建魏忠賢生祠地上官，意在三原，昌力争得免。昌精於吏，治案無留牘，民無伏奸。值流冦猖獗，所至攻陷，邑人震恐。昌乃明偵諜，練土著，慎封守，綏輯持重，境內無患。路振飛，字皓月，北直曲州人。天啓進士，涇陽知縣，甫下車，縉紳被奴誣訐，奉㫖訊擬，時已文致大獄，屬四邑，令會訊，莫敢平反，獨毅然判曰：「某必無死法」。當事咸難之，振飛曰：「即有譴責，某力任之」。既覆奏，得减，戊巳間，歳大祲，設法蠲賑，撫集流移，凡活數萬人。未幾，旁縣盜起，延及雲陽，振飛團練鄉勇，人自為戰，身先士卒，殱其渠魁數十人，冦相戒毋敢入境，又以渭水通商，舳艫滿望，而涇至，弗任舟楫，親厯河滸，量度深淺，疏蕩泥石，令可舟行，乃先為小船試運之漸，繼之以巨艦，渭川百貨咸集於涇所省輦負費什之八，復聽民自造船通貨，不得以税擾民，咸便之，尋擢御史。張京，字士將，漢陽人，舉人。天啟中，扶風知縣，清約恬淡，以文學飾吏治，不用行户，不取贖鍰，禮賢愛士，一意拊循。嘗有武弁暨司掾騷擾驛站，即按治如法，值歳祲盜起，設方畧，殱渠魁，四郊晏然，又多方拯濟，全活甚衆， |
