38  | 辛未，以皇弟同安郡公爽為雍州牧。乙亥，封皇弟邵國公慧為滕王，同安公爽為衛王；皇子雁門公廣為晉王，俊為秦王，秀為越王，諒為漢王。以上柱國、並州總管、申國公李穆為太師，上柱國、鄧國公竇熾為太傅，上柱國、幽州總管、任國公於翼為太尉，觀國公田仁恭為太子太師，武德郡公柳敏為太子太保，濟南郡公孫恕為太子少傅，開府蘇威為太子少保。丁丑，以晉王廣為並州總管，以陳留郡公楊智積為蔡王，興城郡公楊靜為道王。戊寅，以官牛五千頭分賜貧人。三月辛巳，高平獲赤雀，太原獲蒼烏，長安獲白雀，各一。宣仁門槐樹連理，眾枝內附。壬午，白狼國獻方物。甲申，太白晝見。乙酉，又晝見。以上柱國元景山為安州總管。丁亥，詔犬馬器玩口味不得獻上。戊子，弛山澤之禁。以上開府、當亭縣公賀若弼為楚州總管，和州刺史、新義縣公韓擒虎為廬州總管。己丑，盩厔縣獻連理樹，植之宮庭。 |
