大兴开皇三年置。后周于旧郡置县曰万年，高祖龙潜，封号大兴，故至是改焉。有长乐宫。有后魏杜城县、西霸城县、西魏山北县，并后周废。长安带郡。有仙都、福阳、太平等宫。有关官。有旧长安城。始平故置扶风郡，开皇三年郡废。武功后周置武功郡，建德中郡废。有永丰渠、普济渠。盩厔后周置周南郡及恒州，又有仓城、温汤二县，寻并废。有司竹园，有宜寿、仙游、文山、凤皇等宫。有关官。有太一山。有温汤。醴泉后魏曰宁夷，西魏置宁夷郡。后周改为秦郡，后废，又以新畤、甘泉二县入焉。开皇十八年改县名醴泉。有甘泉水、波水、浪水。有九嵕山、温秀岭。上宜开皇十七年置。有旧莫西县，十八年改名好畤，大业三年废入焉。鄠有甘泉宫。有终南山。有涝水。蓝田后周置蓝田郡，寻废郡，及白鹿、玉山二县入焉。有关官。有滋水。新丰有温汤。华原后魏置北雍州，西魏改为宜州，又置北地郡，寻改为通川郡开皇初郡废，大业初州废，及土门县入焉有沮水、频山。宜君旧置宜君郡，开皇初郡废有清水。同官郑后魏置东雍州，并华山郡西魏改曰华州开皇初郡废，大业初州废有少华山。渭南后魏置渭南郡，西魏分置灵源、中源二县，后周郡及二县并废入焉有步寿宫。万年高陵后魏曰高陆，大业初改焉。三原后周置建忠郡，建德初郡废。泾阳旧置咸阳县，开皇初废有茂农渠。云阳旧置，后周置云阳郡，开皇初郡废有泾水、五龙水、甘水、走马水。富平旧置北地郡，后周改曰中华郡，寻罢有荆山。华阴有兴德宫有关官，有京辅都尉有白渠有华山。
