33  | 庚申，復置麟府路走馬承受公事內臣一貟。六月甲子，蠲河北民復業者租賦二年。乙丑，以太子右清道率府率叔韶為右領軍衛將軍，仍賜進士及第，尋加文州刺史。叔韶嘗獻所著文，召試學士院，入優等，特遷之，入謝，命坐賜茶，謂曰：「宗子好學無幾，爾獨以文章得進士第，前此蓋未有也。朕欲天下知屬籍有賢者，宜勿忘所學」。叔韶頓首謝，既退，又出《九經賜之，後以圖書賜正刺史以上，叔韶不當得，獨賜及之。叔韶，徳恭之曾孫也。 詔梓䕫路鈐轄司，乃者淯井監夷人內冦，嘗募藥箭弩手、白艻子弟隨軍，其所貸錢糧悉蠲之。 |
