9  | 二月甲申，命宰相及羣臣分於京城寺觀、祠廟、禱雨，又命中使分祀五嶽故事，御署祝版以遣之，翰林學士王禹偁上言：「凖禮，五嶽視三公，今雖加王爵，猶人臣爾，天子稱名，恐非古制，請自今更不御署，庶尊卑適序，典禮無差」。上親批其紙尾曰：「昔唐徳宗猶屈拜風雨，且國朝典禮素定，豈可廢也？朕為萬民祈福，桑林之禱，猶無所憚，至於親署，又何損焉」。 初，將作少監索湘為河北轉運使，有訟其擅用庫縑者，坐責膳部員外郎、知相州。時有羣盜聚西山下，謀斷澶州河橋，入攻磁、相，白晝輙援旗伐鼓，鈔劫閭里，鄰郡發兵千人捕逐，無敢近。湘擇州軍之勁鋭者，得三百人，偵其入境，即掩撃，盡擒而戮之。河北轉運使王嗣宗以其狀聞，詔復前官，為河東轉運使。 |
