12  | 庚寅，詔開封府奏裁公事，有例依舊貼例。辛卯，詔端王信、莘王俁充南郊大禮亞獻、終獻官。 姚麟乞建墳寺，詔賜額曰「顯忠」，以其祖嘗開邉，特許之，餘人不得援例。 新鄜延路經畧司勾當公事蔡碩，令吏部改差充陳州駐泊郡監，從碩兄確妻孫氏之請也。初欲求在京差遣，上問曽布碩如何，布曰：「此人罪狀不虛，方蔡確盛時實作過，昨以無敘法，特與右職，此請不足從」。然碩言章惇掩確定䇿功抑之。又云：「確定䇿時，首令碩諭惇，非惇首議」，上曰：「此是否？」布曰：「此事非衆人所知也」。 降授榮州刺史、鄧州縂管孟在提舉崇福宮，於京西路州軍任便居住，從其請也。 吕惠卿奏遣男濰齎九寨圖，乞上殿代臣，面陳利害。詔令朝見投進。 詔：「通行京東、河北鹽入解鹽地分指揮方下，小民未知請引，其大理寺見根勘犯鹽公事，並特放。自今並須依近降指揮經官出引販賣」。 內殿崇班向宗䕫為閤門祗候。 |
