癸巳，詔三省守闕守當官出職，依樞宻院守闕貼房出職法施行。　詔環慶路添差凖備大小使臣十人，從胡宗囘奏請也。布録。　太僕卿趙令鑠言：「太僕寺兊便収租錢，出牓稽滯，已送大理寺根究，及䝉劾問，知事連奴僕，由臣淺暗，察訪不至，致干吏議，尚攝寺卿，實不遑處，乞除外任，別俟投竄」。詔令鑠知光州，令鑠與趙㞦對移，已見八月九日，此不當稱太僕卿，當云鴻臚卿，實録誤也。趙令鑠墓碑子「漪」作云：「令鑠知潁州，召還，再領太僕，辭曰：僕馬之政，朝廷武備収息，在乎得人，臣承乏累嵗，僅逃曠黜，難以再當驅䇿，所降閤門告勑，未敢祗受」。不報，到闕，遂就職，自來諸路監収租緡，嵗儲於外，朝㫖許人便兊以輸太府寺司契劾，先出榜召客人，洺州有錢二百餘萬，未牓，間客宋某願入納在京，出洺州，謂令鑠受狀，書圓付案，而寺丞疑主者未嘗有榜，客從何知之，申乞究治，令鑠判送大理寺，值連謁䘮假，在寺官未即遣主吏飛語逹樞府，下大理推見，火情奏上，而宻院再取㫖，以為未盡，乞重審鞫，遂逮幼稚僕廝軰，求庇甚宻，乃徙令鑠鴻臚，尋知光州，未行而獄具，押狀方在案，別無他偽冐，奪兩官，降朝請大夫、知廣濟軍。初，獄詞辨問目至，令鑠曰：「天子不以小官之不肖，俾踐𫾻寺省，位列卿矣。得罪有司，其可以吏身對吏乎？」凖問悉承之」。人以為非。𨐌元符二年冬十一月二日，令鑠廣濟軍，仍降三官，小吏等次第編配太學録鄧珫言：乞選官刋正五經、論語、孟子音義，詔三經新義與舊音不同者，令本經講官編纂音義。　樞宻院言：「府界、京東、京西、河北東南路，非將副駐劄，并差出屯泊處軍馬最少處，從本將申帥司，選委兵官一員兼管，訓練官闕，或假故，即牒本處兵官兼權，無兵官牒。兼兵官權將副闕，或假故出廵，並凖此，仍申尚司，開封府申提舉將兵所」。從之。
