24  | 乙未，禮部言，將來正旦御大慶殿朝㑹，奉迎天授𫝊國受命寳，從之，仍著為令。 御史中丞安惇言：「伏覩先帝在御之日，六察逐旬具彈過事件奏聞。元祐大臣務為茍簡，改為季奏，望並依元豐法」。從之。 看詳訴理文字所言：「朝散大夫謝景初，昨任成都府路提刑，與倡女踰違，特追兩官勒停」。元祐初，孫永、李常、韓忠彥、王存奏景初只因提舉司論議不合，加誣坐罪，又云：朝廷専置官局，辨理枉橫，景初不幸身沒，不能自直。竊謂永等遭遇先朝，致身禁從，寵眷隆厚。方裕陵之土未乾，姦臣誣詆典刑，以有為無，語言不遜，無所忌憚。元祐訴理所稱，事出曖昧，顯涉寃抑，特與奏雪，遂除落景初前斷過名，委屬不當。又景初男愔，元祐二年狀稱非今日朝廷清明，可以雪幽寃於泉下」。詔謝愔特勒停，韓忠彥、王存各贖金三十斤。 樞宻院言：環慶路歸明蕃官、宥州刺史、橫山至宥州一帶都廵檢使李額葉，并男三班奉職李襄渠卜到闕。詔李額葉賜名懐明，男襄渠卜賜名世忠。 |
