17  | 丁亥，江、淮、荊、浙、福建、廣南路提㸃坑冶鑄錢事陳郛罷，送吏部與合入差遣，知淮陽軍、朝散大夫周濟代之。 刑部言：「急脚、馬遞舖兵級並五人為一保，如犯盗及殺人、彊姦、畧人、放火發冡，或棄尸水中，若博賭財物、蔵匿犯盜之人，或盗匿棄毁、私折遞角，同保人及本轄節級知而不告者，各減犯人罪一等，不知情者，減三等。及沿汴無主死屍、地分官司，避申報而棄尸河中者，許人告，賞錢五貫文。又沿汴裝卸河清及馬遞舖兵級，應閉營舖門，後擅離營舖者，各杖一百。本轄節級及同保人知而不問，與同罪，不知情者，減三等。許人告，賞錢五貫文。又遭䘮本家不葬埋而棄尸於汴河中者，杖八十，係尊長者加三等」。從之。 開封府言，今後外處逃軍於京畿首獲，如依條合行牒送，有瘡病未可行者，並依本府敕，犯徒應配之人，量輕重分送赤縣寄禁，候病損可行日，牒送前去。 金部員外郎吳君丞言：「乞造偽鈔者，許同犯人告首，仍支賞」。從之。 |
