5  | 元符元年六月戊寅朔，改元。 權吏部尚書葉祖洽言：「近照驗在部官腳色狀，伏見方澤於熈寧十年為提舉官，奏請乞放罷見雇役人，將三等人戶仍舊差役，坐不知職守，詔送審官東院，與合入差遣，而澤於元祐二年訴理，遂得除落元豐指揮，繼除知州差遣，紹聖以來，亦相繼擢用，外議未安，近雖以私謁后族得罪，然其大惡，未正典刑，伏乞取索澤前件事因，㸔詳施行」。詔徙澤知萬州。 涇原奏，已進築沒煙前後峽。河東沿邊安撫司奏：定到順義軍牒，本軍以北客，舊自東偏頭稅場入，乆良津和市，今移於賈胡疃，已指揮本津，不得與自新路來者交易。又移牒請其改路也。巳而河東經略司言：沿邊安撫司不由經略司，擅定牒本奏及差官，體量乆良津改路事違法。詔沿邊安撫司放罪，令今後遵依條約束施行。 |
