20  | 丙申，戶部言潭州知、通任內應副銅場買銅賞罰條，請著為法。從之。 詔差河北路轉運副使呂升卿、提舉荊湖南路常平等事董必並為廣南東、西路察訪。蔡京等究治同文館獄，卒不得其要領，乃更遣升卿及必使嶺外，謀盡殺元祐黨。權發遣提舉河東路常平等事鄧洵仁言：「伏見祖宗朝置龍圖、天章、寳文閣，以蔵列聖御製述作，況自陛下紹隆丕烈，遹明先志，而寳閣未新，徽名未掲，伏望明詔有司，祇循舊章，亟加營建」。詔令翰林學士、中書舍人每貟撰閣名五名以聞。 成都府、利州路鈐轄司、利州路轉運司言，乞於興元府、閬州兩處各添置就糧武寜一指揮，各以四百人為額。從之。 清海軍節度使、開封儀同三司、嗣濮王宗祐卒。輟視朝三日，車駕臨奠，成服於後苑，時方治道西郊，以待上修禊，亟詔為罷，贈太師，追封欽王，謚穆恪，異時襲封爵者，遇祠濮園，即移疾，不果行，或請代之，至宗祐獨不肯，自秋渉冬，數往来道路，薦獻如禮，既病，人皆以為憂，春夏當享，又亟往，遂卒於齋所。 |
