15  | 戊戌，河東路經略司言，進築神泉寨畢工。詔官員使臣等第轉官、減年、支賜有差。 祕閣校理陳師錫為考功員外郎，己亥，詔：「開封府界東西路都廵檢闕，係樞宻院選差，應諸路州鈐轄，非節鎮大藩者，在第六等知軍州諸路都監之下，除宗室聴依舊添差外，其曽任將副、諸司副使以上，及閤門通事舍人，特㫖許差者，並差自來曽差人處，或替雙員處都監闕，已上內合帯權發遣者，其請給，並依州都監令」。辛丑，樞宻院言：「聞西界編欄人馬及人戶，此舊日盤泊逼近漢界，深慮向去秋成，賊馬糧草可資，因此冦犯邊界，共諸路斟酌敵情事勢，出兵討逐，仍所至蹂踐，使賊失收成之望，庶為我利」。詔諸路帥臣，各乗伺間隙，出界蹂踐討蕩，務在探報精審，决取勝㨗，仍具措置施行次第以聞。 張詢奏，乞今秋相度築齊訥納沁，從之。又乞李忠傑，令章楶相度，可遣即遣。 太常寺言：「諸光祿寺官，今後每遇祠祭、大祠，已受誓戒後及中小祠散齋日分，其約束事件，並從祀儀禁止。郊社令亦乞依此」。從之。 |
