5  | 元符二年十二月戊戌朔，玠還至星章峽，叛羌邀之，玠戰沒。初，羌人中叛，諸城被圍，既而師出圍解，咸即歸順，獨納木宗堡，遂北附夏戎，夏戎亦不敢有之，諭羌人自為守，假兵數百戍之而已。髙永年謂「納木宗北控夏戎，南接星章峽，西連總噶爾，形勢天險，得之則足以為吾捍蔽，而星章峽道路無阻，然主者畧不加意，苖履等領大軍經其地，亦不能取納木宗叛羌，因結連鼎凌宗羌，間遣人伏星章峽隘險中，肆行剽劫，朝廷竟以道路梗塞，遂棄青唐，然不知失䇿在不取納木宗堡耳」。 鄜州觀察使仲當卒，贈開府儀同三司，追封順國公，謚惠穆。己亥，知祁州馬仲良追兩官，免勒停，仍不用敘法，以不詳悉根磨進築平夏、平靈役兵死亡人數故也。 樞宻院奏擬石澈等九人差遣，澈擬京城東面廵檢，御批：「不差，餘依奏」。曾布因謝，上以失於奏稟，極皇恐，上曰：「小事但澈不可作廵檢耳」。布曰：「澈於法當再任騏驥院，并乞廵檢，臣以騏驥院差遣髙，故且與廵檢」。上曰：「再任卻不妨廵檢須擇才武者」。澈乃徐王壻也。 |
