15  | 丁夘，美人陳氏卒，贈充儀，命延福宫使、寜國軍留後、入內內侍省都都知張茂則䕶𦵏事。 知樞宻院事安燾乞罷，不允，詔勿受燾章奏。 崇儀使董正叟押賜夏國主生日禮物，如京副使李玩押賜夏國主中冬時服。 湖北轉運司言：「荊南長林縣今已復為荊門軍，其諸軍指揮人額并差撥屯駐人數，並合如舊」。從之。戊辰，左諫議大夫梁燾言：「凖朝㫖，差押賜大寜郡王佖生日禮物，縁有書送事例，恭聞祖宗差宫省親信左右之人，並為非次恩澤，後來頗及侍從，近年多在言官，大懼隳損朝廷故事，寖失祖宗馭臣之意，望許免行，以協公議」。詔改差入內供奉官、勾當御藥院閻安。 燾又言：「臣伏覩科舉之制，以經義、詞賦進士各取五分。竊聞進士多從詞科，十常七人，或舉州，無應經義者。如此，則五分之限，固不可行。臣愚欲乞聖慈特賜指揮，更不以兩科分取，止以兩科入試人數多寡，用解額均取合格之人，南省奏名依此，所貴事歸乎？一，允協至公，上副陛下樂育英材之意焉」。貼黃：「假令有十人解額，却有百人入試，七十人。經義，三十人詞賦，即以七人解經義，三人解詞賦。如有零分，則通取詞理優長之人」。 詔：「南北郊祀，既差執政官充初獻，已受誓戒，而有故不赴，聽本祭內職事官髙者，通攝行事」。 |
