57  | 癸酉，幸新水磑。 汴水決宋州夏邑縣。是月，命鎮、深、趙、邢、洺五州，各城其管內縣鎮軍寨。八月己夘，詔開封、河南府，自今奴婢非理致死者，即時檢視，聽速自收，疾病者不用檢視，吏輙以擾人者罪之。又詔：「如聞兩京士庶之家婚姻䘮塟，臺吏府率伶人多詣門遮道徼求財物，自今禁止之，違者重寘其罪」。靈武節度使馮繼業既殺兄代父領鎮，頗驕恣，時出兵略奪羗夷羊馬，戎人不附，又撫士卒少恩，部下多擕貳，繼業亦慮其為變。上在潛日，與繼業有舊，及即位，繼業數來朝覲貢獻，因請舉族內徙。庚辰，以繼業為靜難節度使。 以棣州防禦使何繼筠領建武節度使、判棣州。丁亥，令川峽諸州察民有父母在而別籍異財者，其罪死。 |
