壬辰，遣使縁汴河收瘞流尸，從淮南轉運使薛奎請也。范鎮東齋記云：天禧初，薛簡肅公為江淮𤼵運使，辭王文正，公王無他語，但云「東南民力竭矣，薛退而謂人曰：「真宰相之言也」。按奎除淮南轉運，乃天禧元年十二月，其年九月王旦已卒，王曽亦先罷政矣，除𤼵運又在二月，恐鎮誤也。當是旦語張士遜事，見祥符元年四月，今不取。
