26  | 庚子，詔西京分司官太府卿裴莊、職方郎中韓昌齡，將來郊禋，各許奏䕃一子。時莊等上封陳乞，中書言分司官無此例，上閔其年髙，特有是命。先是，滑州浚減水河畢功，設祭有鹿，隨流而下獲之，孟州河隂縣水，次獲龍卵，皆以獻，辛丑，召輔臣觀於後苑。己酉，知審刑院盛度言：在京及諸路止有斷案三道，值降聖節不奏，自餘絶無刑牘，請宣付史館。冦準曰：「漢文帝、唐明皇時皆幾乎刑措，蓋當時諸侯專殺，有聞於朝廷者，有便宜而行者，今幅員萬里，徒流以上合聞逹者，皆奏牘，以此較之，則聖朝刑訟清淨，過古昔矣！此陛下以徳化民，精意欽卹所致，臣等不勝大慶」。再拜稱賀，詔奬度等。 |
