15  | 甲午，宻州莒縣馬耆山九經楊光輔為國子四門助教，加賜束帛，詔長吏常存問之。光輔聚徒講授三十餘年，知州王博文為言，故命以官。負海有鹽場，歲饑，民多盜鬻者，吏捕逐則羣起，捍鬭皆坐法當死，博文請弛鹽禁，俟歲豐乃復，從之。丙申，詔曺濮鄆單、徐州、淮陽軍賑貸貧民，以決河為害故也。 |
