12  | 壬寅，命度支判官、兵部員外郎陳堯叟，供奉官、閤門祇候杜承睿，往陜西路體量公事。癸夘，翰林侍讀學士、兵部侍郎、兼秘書監楊徽之卒。徽之先以足疾請吿，上自取名藥為賜，郊祀不及扈從，特命加賜如侍祠之例。車駕北廵，徽之力疾辭於苑中，上顧謂曰：「卿勉近醫藥，當不乆相見」。駐蹕大名，特降手詔存諭，還京，又遣使臨問，及卒，上甚嗟悼，贈兵部尚書，謚文荘，賜其家錢五十萬、絹五百疋，又遣中使䕶䘮事，録其外孫宋綬太常寺太祝，二姪皆賜出身。徽之有集二十巻，上令夏侯嶠就其家取進內。徽之無子，而宋氏婦賢明知書有禮法，子綬能自立於時，人以為善慶所及。大中祥符中，徽之妻王氏卒，及葬，再以緡帛賜其家。綬，平棘人也。 |
