24  | 辛卯，兵部侍郎、參知政事王化基罷為工部尚書。化基任中書，不以䕃補諸子官，然能訓導，皆有所立。 以給事中、同知樞宻事王旦為工部侍郎、參知政事。 樞宻直學士馮拯、陳堯叟並為給事中、同知樞宻院事，禮部郎中薛映、兵部員外郎梁鼎、左司諫楊億並知制誥。上初欲用著作佐郎、直集賢院梅詢，命中書召試映、鼎及詢等，宰相李沆素不喜，詢言于上曰：「梅詢險薄，用之恐不協羣議」。上曰：「如此則何人可？」沆曰：「楊億有盛名」。上乃驚喜曰：「幾忘此人！」仍以億望實素著，但召映、鼎就試，翌日，與億並命。 以國子監經籍賜潭州岳麓山書院，從知州李允則之請也。 先是，放天下逋欠錢物，既而三司計可督責及，尚須究問本末，縲繫追逮，頗為煩擾，至有久被拘者，於是命知制誥薛映、梁鼎與三司按籍詳定，具名引對，上臨軒閲視，多蠲除之。壬辰，御史中丞趙昌言、知雜御史范正辭上言：「內宴更衣，百官有徑歸其家及過從扵外者，臣等昨於春宴前嚴行戒勵，雖稍整肅，然將期久逺，望降敕文，自今有違者，乞委外彈奏」。從之。 |
