23  | 己未，直史館劉䝉叟獻《宋都賦》，述國家受命建號之地，宜建都立祖宗之廟，上嘉納焉，命史館檢討故事以聞。甲子，職方員外郎、秘閣校理丹陽吳淑上言：「諸路所納閏年圖，當在職方收掌，近者並納儀鸞司。伏以天下山川險要，皆王室之秘奥，國家之急務，故周禮》職方氏掌天下圖籍，又詔土訓以夾王車。漢祖入關中，蕭何獨收秦圖籍，由是周知險要，豈可忽而不顧哉？請令以今閏所納圗並上職方，又州郡地理，犬牙相入，向者獨畫一州地形，則何以傅合他郡？望令諸路轉運使，每十年各畫本路圗一上職方，所冀天下險要，不窺牗而可知，九州輪廣，如指掌而斯在」。從之。 |
