5  | 嘉祐二年六月壬子，以汝州龍山孔𪰋為校書郎致仕。絳州稷山韓退為安逸處士，翰林學士承㫖孫抃薦𪰋、退有行義也。 自趙彦若制䇿不入等，閲四年，遂無應科者，上曰：「豈朕待之不至耶？」丁巳，詔：「朝廷設制科以取天下美異之士，嘗以推恩過厚而難其選，故所取不過三二人，甚非所以廣詳延之路也。其令兩制以上同議之」。既而抃等言：「太常博士以下至選人、草澤人應制科者，並聽待制以上奏舉，無得自陳，內草澤人亦許本路轉運使奏舉，其試文淺陋及履行不如所舉，並坐舉者，其進用差次，不得引舊例超擢」。從之。戊午，夏國主諒祚遣人來謝弔祭。 |
