36  | 癸未，海州都監、昭宣使、果州防禦使武繼隆為京東西路鈐轄。京東西路鈐轄、北作坊使、廣州團練使閻士良為鄜延路都鈐轄。同知通進銀臺司、兼門下封駮事何郯封還誥敇言：「二人前罪犯至重，遇恩復官，已為優厚，今於差遣，各似未允，況繼隆素非善良，早年不盡心於陛下，已降充江州監當，不可授以一道兵權。士良好作威福，昨又與邊臣公行賂遺，今不可復委邊任，伏望聖眀，上存國體，下慰人言，開至公之路，抑近倖之勢，繼隆改除一州鈐轄，士良授與近裏州軍差遣」。又言衆議諠𫝊，云：嚮時保州之亂，因繼隆本州官僚素有忿隙，嘗以言語激發軍心，致成後患，當時其事在逺，朝廷不知，不曽推究其實。然衆口云云，至今未息，事深可疑，今授以一道兵權，嘗被罪謫，必懐怨望，若舊惡不悛，又以一言揺衆逞憾，則為害非細。士良恣作威福，騷撓邊臣，不可不慮也」。甲申，宰臣韓琦言：「向曽陳監牧之弊，乞逐路坊監并諸軍牧地，除留放牧，其餘田聽下戶請佃。河北一路諸軍牧地，剩田三千三百五十餘頃，得嵗課斛斗一十一萬七千八百二石、絹萬三千二百五十一疋、草十六萬一千二百三十束。其管勾摽括職方員外郎髙訪望特與堂除。虞部員外郎張越與先次」。並從之。丙戍契丹，國母遣歸徳軍節度使耶律思寧、泰州觀察留後韓造，契丹遣懐化軍節度使耶律嘏、起居舍人、知製誥、史館修撰王棠，來賀元正。 |
